Certificate Courses

Certificate Courses are different from designations in that they have no annual renewal fee but may have an application fee in addition to the course fee. The programs can be one or two days and may require additional real estate courses and/or webinars to be completed as part of the certification process.

NAR's e-PRO® Certification program teaches you to use cutting-edge technologies and digital initiatives to link up with today's savvy real estate consumer. This program consists of a one day live in-class instruction plus a one day on line instruction. Students will receive the certification upon the completion of both days.

At Home with Diversity is a one day program focusing on the wide range of cultural issues involved in a real estate transaction with people from different customs, cultures and ethnic backgrounds.  This course helps the practitioner to maximize their potential by embracing the customs, cultures, superstitions and traditions of multi-ethnic buyers and sellers.
Broker's Price Opinion Resource is a one day program that elevates skills, helps practitioners reduce risk and open up opportunities for more business in a marketplace of foreclosures and short sales.  The student must also complete a free online webinar and then complete and application to qualify for the certification.  Members who earn the certification are eligible to receive BPOs from participating lenders.
The GRI, Graduate Realtors® Institute is a broadbased spectrum of knowledge spanning all business specialties in the real estate business.  The course is comprised of 90 hours of instruction in 3 modules that each contain different topical information.  Great program for someone in the business a few years to get a real overall understanding of all the possibilities the business has to offer.
The RSPS - Resort and Second-home Property Specialist is course material that helps practitioners to understand the buying, selling or management of properties for investment, development, retirement or second homes in a resort, recreational and/or vacation destination.  The program is two days of live or online instruction plus elective courses.
The SFR - Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification is a concentrated one day course on the difficult and complex transactions where either the bank owns a property or could own a property.  The program also required that 3 one-hour webinars be taken to be able to apply for the certification.
