Real Estate Pre-Licensure Course
60 Hours - 20 sessions (one math review; one full course review)
Broker License requires an additional 30 hours of course work.

This course meets the minimum requirements as set forth by the CT Real Estate Commission that prepares you to take the real estate sales licensing exam offered through the Department of Consumer Protection.
