DAY TIME SESSION held on Tuesday and Thursday
Daytime: 9:00-3:30 (5 weeks instead of 10)

EVENING SESSION held on Monday and Wednesday
Evenings: 5:30pm - 8:30pm 

Location: Berlin Community Center; 230 Kensington Rd; Berlin, CT 06037 (for both events)


Advanced registration and payment is required. Real Estate Class sizes are limited. 
Textbooks are provided at your first real estate license class and NOT provided in advance.

 AMY BUCHAS

ELAINE BUCHARDT 

 

Amy has been a pre- licensing trainer with Dynamic Directions since 2005 and a Licensed Realtor in Connecticut since 2005. She is an ABR- Accredited Buyer Representative, SRS- Seller Representative Specialist, RENE- Real Estate Negotiation Expert, SFR-Shortsale Foreclosure Resource.

Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Forensic Science from the University of New Haven.

 

Elaine has been a licensed agent since 2003 passing her license exam after taking Principles and Practices classes with Dynamic Directions.  She worked with Realty Executives in Cromwell, ReMax East of the River in Glastonbury and has been with Century 21 Classic Homes in East Hartford at least 10 years. Elaine's previous job was as an IT professional with Aetna and ING. 

Elaine enjoys finding just the right house for her buyers and treats every client as a family member. She listens to their needs and helps them achieve their goal.

Elaine now enjoys teaching Principles and Practices to people interested in becoming real estate agents themselves.
