Referrals Only! Is a Connecticut non-Realtor®, non-MLS corporation set up for the sole purpose of holding licenses for CT real estate agents that do not generate enough business to cover all of the Realtor® fees but would still like to make money by referring business.
You refer your buying and selling prospects through Referrals Only! to any Realtor® of your choice in any real estate company. To be paid a fee, the referral must be made to the other firm through Referrals Only!
Referrals Only! will be paid when the clients have bought/sold and then you will receive a high percentage of that referral fee.
You may “re-activate” your license with a real estate firm at any time you choose.
