This program consists of a one day live in-class instruction plus a one day on line instruction. Students will receive the certification upon the completion of both days.

Broker's Price Opinion Resource is a one day program that elevates skills, helps practitioners reduce risk and open up opportunities for more business in a marketplace of foreclosures and short sales. The student must also complete a free online webinar and then complete and application to qualify for the certification. Members who earn the certification are eligible to receive BPOs from participating lenders.

The GRI, Graduate Realtors® Institute is a broadbased spectrum of knowledge spanning all business specialties in the real estate business. The course is comprised of 90 hours of instruction in 3 modules that each contain different topical information. Great program for someone in the business a few years to get a real overall understanding of all the possibilities the business has to offer.

The RSPS - Resort and Second-home Property Specialist is course material that helps practitioners to understand the buying, selling or management of properties for investment, development, retirement or second homes in a resort, recreational and/or vacation destination. The program is two days of live or online instruction plus elective courses.

The SFR - Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource Certification is a concentrated one day course on the difficult and complex transactions where either the bank owns a property or could own a property. The program also required that 3 one-hour webinars be taken to be able to apply for the certification.
