REPA - Real Estate Professional Assistant
This two day designation is for any individual who wants to interface with a Real Estate Firm as a Licensed or Un-Licensed Assistant, Call Coordinator or Transaction Coordinator.
SRES(R): SENIORS Real Estate Specialist
The objective of this 2-day designation course is to provide new information for an emerging area of specialty. It focuses on the needs and concerns of Senior buyers and sellers. Reverse Mortgages, Living Trusts, probate issues, capital gains and installment sales are addressed in detail. Prospecting, effective marketing strategies, generational attitudes and working with older Boomers and Seniors are highlighted. First year dues to SAREC(R) are included in the course fee.

ABR: Accredited Buyer Representative
This 2-day designation course focuses entirely on the buyer's side of the transaction. Client-Level versus Customer-Level Service, Fiduciary Duties of representation, needs assessment, property selection, offering process, negotiation strategies and protecting the buyer's interests are explored in great deal. Great focus is placed on the buyer counseling session and setting the client's expectation level for a smooth transaction to retain the client for life. Marketing and Prospecting techniques are highlighted. Course fee includes the attendee's first year's dues. One additional elective course is required.

ABRM-Accredited Buyer Representative
One day program which is a designation unto itself. Material targeted to managers who supervise the business transactions of Buyer Agents.
SRS - Seller Representative Specialist
This new nationally offered designation course focuses on the Listing Side of the transaction. It is comprised of four 3-hour modules that can be offered individually, in daily segments or in it's 2-day entirety. Course material offers an in-depth examination of real-world field scenarios when representing sellers clients by weaving in the manual & electronic realities of doing business in the field legally and ethically.

RSPS - Resort & Second Home Property Specialist
The course is designed to teach the essentials of buying, selling, or managing resort properties and second homes for recreation, investment, and development by U.S. and international clients and customers in the United States.
This course focuses on developing the skills required to be successful in the second-home vacation and investment market; Use market statistics and knowledge of the motivations for a second-home purchase to develop a business strategy and make business decisions about capturing and serving the market.

Creative concepts and comprehensive marketing plans will be addressed so that individuals can assess realistic goals and objectives, incorporating both snail-mail and electronic methods of prospecting.
Successful Relocation Representative
This REBAC elective full day course examines the important growth area of relocation. Representing buyers who are being transferred by an employer or moving to take up employment are not like conventional homebuyers. These clients are often completely unfamiliar with their new area and in need of expert guidance and counseling. Learn where and how to find relocation business, how the relocation process works and what sorts of services the relocating buyer-client needs to make a smooth transition.
Successful Buyer Representation in New Home Sales
This REBAC elective full day course is a comprehensive look at the special complexities of working with buyers who are searching for a newly built or 'to-be-built' home. Buyers are generally less knowledgeable about this unique process and the buyer agent needs to understand how the development process works as well as how to service the buyer client's particular needs.
One America Cultural Diversity
One day designation course that explores the globalization of real estate and the ability to effectively service the needs of different customs, cultures and ethnic backgrounds. This course shifts the Fair Housing perspective of 'equal treatment' and 'treat everyone the same' to an understanding that people from around the globe are different and practitioners need new tools and techniques to 'embrace a person's uniqueness' and learn to 'celebrate their difference'. The Women's Council of REALTORS® is proud to announce the debut of their new course, Networking and Referral Systems! Between 'networking' and 'referrals' are the relationships we build and manage. The goal of this course is to provide REALTORS® with the information and tools they need to make the transition from a salesperson making cold calls to a professional, knowledgeable consultant with a steady stream of advocates and referrals. Students will explore how to make networking and referral generation a strategic part of their business plan.
This course counts as a "new curriculum" course for WCR's Performance Management Network Designation. It will not count as an ABR elective.
