Mary Jean graduated from Bentley College in Waltham, MA and obtained a MBA degree from the University of Hartford. As a licensed broker in Connecticut and a licensed realtor in Massachusetts, she is also a certified Commercial Investment member.

Debra Killian graduated from Western Connecticut State University, Danbury, CT with a B.B.A. in Accounting. She has over 30 years of financial, banking, accounting and business experience. Since 1994 when she started originating retail residential mortgages she has overseen almost $1 Billion in closed residential real estate loans. She is President and Owner of Danbury Mortgage, a division of Charter Oak Lending Group, LLC where she employs a staff of 10 and manages the business with her husband, Don DeRespinis, CPA. Debra has devoted the past 10 years to learning the mortgage broker and lending business. Her experience and educational focus has given her a strong foundation and she is known statewide as a passionate trainer for mortgage originators and loan officers. She currently teaches C.E. Courses for Realtors in CT. and has developed a 30-hour course for Mortgage Brokers. She speaks on a variety of topics to various professional groups and trade organizations. She is a national member of the Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR), an affiliate member of Northern Fairfield County Association of Realtors (NFCAR), Greater Fairfield Board of Realtors (GBOR), and Connecticut Association of Realtors (C.A.R). She has recently been elected to the CT Mortgage Bankers Association Board of Directors. Debra holds broker/lender licenses in CT. and FL. and a broker license in NY.

Robert Lamparelli

Robert Lamparelli, Vice President of Technical Operations of RES-I-TEC, Inc. worked with RES-I-TEC as chief inspector helping to develop many of the systems and standards that RES-I-TEC uses today.
Mr. Lamparelli was owner and operator of a custom home building firm. He developed and completed a custom home sub division in Stamford, Ct. And built many other fine homes throughout Fairfield County, Ct.
He is a charter member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Mr. Lamparelli helped in the formation and development of the Southern New England Chapter (SNEC). He served two terms as President of SNEC.

Todd R. Pajonas, Esq. is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bars and has been working in the real estate industry since 1993. Todd is President of Legal 1031 Exchange Services, Inc., a Connecticut based qualified intermediary for IRC §1031 tax deferred exchanges. In his career, Todd has written over 100 articles and lectured to over 1000 groups on §1031 exchanges. He has received the prestigious AV Rating from Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review process for attorneys and is an adjunct professor at New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies.

Ron Passaro is the President of Res-I-Tec, Inc., a full service home inspection company. He founded the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and as their first National President, set the standards by which home inspections are performed in the United States. In addition to being a national speaker and lecturer, appearing on numerous national radio and TV shows, Ron was recently appointed by the Governor to Chair the newly formed Home Inspectors Commission that sets educational and licensure standards for the state of CT. Ron was honored as CT's Educator of the Year in 2002.
