Jenna Occhialini Carroll - ABR, SRS, GRI, SFR Jenna is the team leader of the R3 Carroll Team and has been a top producer since she joined the firm. She has her ABR - Accredited Buyer Representative; SRS - Seller Representative Specialist; is a Graduate of the Realtors® Institute and has attained her SFR - Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource certification. Jenna is an international trainer who teaches ABR and SRS in the US and the provinces of Alberta and Ontario Canada.
Ron Passaro - Home Inspection Ron is the President of RES-I-TEC, Inc. a full service home inspection company. Ron is the founder of the American Society of Home Inspectors - ASHI and their first National President who created and set the standards by which home inpsections are performed around the US today. In addition to being a national speaker, lectured and appearing on numerous national radio and TV shows, Ron was the first Chairman of the Home Inspectors Commission and was honored as CT's Educator of the Year in 2002. Ron teaches House Talk and a variety of other environmental and inspection courses.
Mary Jean Agostini - CCIM, CRS, CRB, GRI Mary Jean is a Bentley College graduate and has an MBA from the University of Hartford. She is a CCIM - Certified Commerical Investment Manager; CRS - Certified Residential Specialist; CRB - Certified Residential Brokerage Manager and a Graduate of the Realtors® Institute. MJ teaches Auction, Intro to Commercial Real Estate and Antique/Vintage Properties.
Robert Lamparelli -Home Inspections Robert is the Vice President of Technical Operations of RES-I-TEC, Inc and has worked there as chief inspector helping to develop many of the systems and standards used today. Robert is a charter member fo the American Society of Home Inspectors - ASHI. He helped form the Southern New England Chapter and served as President for two terms. Robert teaches House Talk and several others of the environmental and inspection courses.
Kevin Zettergren - ABR, SRS, SFR Kevin has been a full-time real estate professional since 1995 after graduating from The University of Connecticut. He is a CT licensed Broker (1999) and has obtained the following designations: ABR, SRS and SFR. Kevin has been a REO (Real Estate Owned) Asset Specialist since 1997, managing and preserving defaulted portfolio assets for many servicing companies and banks nationwide from pre-foreclosure status to post-closing. In 2009, he was “Top Producer” for Mid State Association of Realtors with 104 sales transactions. Kevin currently teaches aspects of SFR and Principles and Practices for the group.
Debra Killian-Loan Originators Deb graduated from Western CT State University with a B.B.A. in Accounting. She has over 30 years of financial, banking, accounting and business experience. Deb has devoted the past 10 years to learning the mortgage broker and lending business holding lecenses in CT and Florida. She has also risen in her state and national organization leadership positions. Deb shared her experience statewide and is a passionate trainer for Realtors®, mortgage originators and loan officers.
Amy Buchas - ABR, SRS, SFR, Pre-Licensing Amy graduated from the University of New Haven with a BS in Forensic Science. She has been licensed for over 10 years and an instructor wtih Dynamic Directions since 2006. She is a Realtor® with Realty3 and works out of the Berlin and Stonington Offices.
Sean Carroll - SRS, SFR Sean is a member of the R3 Carroll Team, represents tenants and landlords in rental transaction and also works in the Foreclosure department. Sean is a videographer who works out of the Dynamic Directions recording studio where he films/produces agent video business cards, company video infomercials and consumer tip segments.
