Real Estate Pre-Licensure Course
66 Hours - 22 sessions (one math review; one full course review)
This course meets the minimum requirements as set forth by the Real Estate Commission. Prepare to sit for the real estate sales licensing exam offered through the Department of Consumer Protection. The course covers all aspects of real estate law, fair housing, agency relationships, contracting, deeds and fiduciary duties owed to the public. National concepts and Connecticut state-specific concepts are addressed in full detail.
