This program is designed to give novice agents the tools, techniques, information and confidence to produce efficiently, effectively, legally and ethically. You go back to your Office prepared to make some money!

Module 1:
Seller Sessions 1-4: $150.

Module 2:
Buyer Sessions 5-8: $150.

Module 3:

Module 1: Session 1, 2, 3 & 4: A Seller and the Listing Process
Seller representation, listing appointments (1 and 2 appointment approach), town hall research, red flags and disclosures for the seller, personal portfolios and presentation binders, securing saleable listings, CMA's, countering seller concerns, listing agreement, MLS data forms, property condition form, lead paint disclosures, listing action plan and checklist, negotiate for your clients.

Module 2: Session 5, 6, 7, & 8: The Buyer and the Buying Process
Buyer representation, interviewing and counseling the buyer, buyer contract, presentation, binders, options for financially qualifying the buyer, identifying needs versus wants, property selection, showing properties, counseling the buying decision, countering buyer concerns, negotiating for your client.

Module 3: Session 9 & 10: Paperwork, Paper Trails and Files, Extensions, Detail Follow Up
Contracts, offers to purchase, binders, addendum, riders, disclosures, timing of paper, inspection process and written repair requests, extensions and other risk reducing mechanisms, detailed files.

Module 4: Session 11 & 12: Building Your Personal Business
FSBO's, expireds, marketing your sphere of influence, cold and warm calling, computers and programs, farming, personal promotion, other prospecting methods and business cards.
