Module 1: The Seller and the Listing Process: 2days Seller representation, listing appointments (1 and 2 appointment approach), town hall research, red flags and disclosures for the seller, personal portfolios and presentation binders, securing saleable listings, CMA's, countering seller concerns, listing agreement, MLS data forms, property condition form, lead paint disclosures, listing action plan and checklist, negotiate for your clients.
Module 2: The Buyer and the Buying Process:2 days Buyer representation, interviewing and counseling the buyer, buyer contract, presentation, binders, options for financially qualifying the buyer, identifying needs versus wants, property selection, showing properties, counseling the buying decision, countering buyer concerns, negotiating for your client.
Module 3: Building Your Business: 1 day Goal setting, marketing and contact methods
